You guys sent me coupons for a 6-pack of CFL 60 watt bulbs (value $11.97) a few weeks ago. I was excited to receive them, but they were only good at Walmart, and after going to 3 different Wal-Marts 5 different times, I was NEVER able to find any in-stock. In talking with store employees they said that they did not expect to get any in any time soon.
This was very disappointing and frustrating. What's the point of sending out these coupons if nobody is ever able to redeem them?

We are aware of the stores not being prepared for the coupons being distributed to our customers. You should receive a postcard within the next one to three days stating the expiration date has been extended to July 15, 2010 to give you more time to redeem the coupon.
Please reply to this e-mail or contact our Customer Service Department at 800-544-6900 or 800-521-2232 for further assistance. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
